LineTwin
Technician scanning a QR code on a factory machine

Maintenance, mapped

Scan a device.
See its whole story.

LineTwin links a QR code to every drive and controller on your line — so factory-standard settings, schematics and full change history are one scan away. Ready in an afternoon, alongside the systems you already run.

From sticker to system in an afternoon.

01

Map your site

A floor plan of every hall, line, machine and device — pick a line and drill straight down to a drive or controller.

02

Scan, don't search

Scan the QR on any device to open its settings, schematics, details and change history in one place.

03

Catch setting drift

Compare live settings against factory standard and last known good. Every change is logged, and nothing counts as fine until it's confirmed good.

04

Watch condition & PM

Vibration, motor temperature and current with warn and alarm thresholds — plus a PM schedule that shows what's overdue and open issues.

Works alongside

Not another factory system. A twin of the one you have.

LineTwin doesn't replace your MES, your historian or your CMMS — and it never asks to. There's no integration project, no server room, no training week. You print the QR codes, stick them on, and the plant's real settings and drawings are with the machines.

  • No IT project — your team sets it up, not a vendor
  • No rip-and-replace — your existing systems stay exactly as they are
  • No dead binders — the current drawing is always the one on the machine
  • Whatever you already run — it connects to your existing systems and databases and pulls in the data that's there

Any manufacturing site. Any age of machine.

LineTwin is built for the whole plant, not one vendor's equipment. It pulls in whatever data your site already has — from Industry 4.0 drives to decades-old machines — connecting to the systems and databases you're already running, whatever they are. If a machine has no data connection at all, our consultants work out a bespoke project to bring it on board.

Trust & security

Answers to the questions your plant manager will ask.

You decide who can change things

Only signed-in members of your site can view or edit records, and roles decide who may confirm a change. Nothing counts as fine until someone with the right role says so.

Every change leaves a trail

Who changed what, when, and the old and new value. The history tab on each device is the audit trail — no separate paperwork.

Your data stays yours

Records are kept in an encrypted cloud database — in transit and at rest. The QR sticker itself carries only a device ID, never settings or drawings.

Want the detail? Ask for it in your walkthrough — we'll go through access control, the change log and backups line by line.

First partner plants

Give your line a twin.

We're onboarding our first partner plants now — hands-on setup, your site mapped with you, and a direct line to us while we grow. Add your machines, print the QR codes, and never hunt for a setting or a drawing again.
